Our Menus
BigHead's Grub menu varies depending on where you find us. When we're set up at our permanent spot at Buck Bald Brewing in Murphy, we're able to offer our full menu.
When we're on the road for events and other locations around western North Carolina and the tri-state area, we run with a streamlined travel menu that still brings all the bold flavors you expect from us.

Do you offer vegetarian and vegan options?
Currently, our menu focuses on our signature brisket-based dishes, so we don't offer vegetarian entrees. However, our BigHead's Fries (with the skin on, of course) are a great vegetarian option and can be enjoyed on their own or loaded up with cheese and sauces – just hold the meat!
What's the difference between BigHead's Smash Sauce and Wimpy Sauce?
Both sauces start with our signature mayo-based recipe, but they each bring their own vibe. BigHead's Smash Sauce (the original) packs some heat with chili paste – it's got that spicy kick our regulars crave. Wimpy Sauce swaps the heat for sweet Thai chili, giving you all the flavor with a milder, slightly sweet profile. Can't handle the heat? Go Wimpy. Want the full BigHead's experience? Stick with the original. Either way, you're getting sauce worth talking about.
Do you cater events, and can you customize the menu?
Absolutely! BigHead's Grub is available for catering throughout Western North Carolina and the tri-state area. We bring the truck, the flavor, and the good times straight to your event. Whether it's a corporate lunch, wedding, birthday party, or any gathering that deserves great food, we'll work with you to customize the menu and make sure your guests are well-fed and happy.
